I would like to say that I greatly enjoyed the experience and found that all Cascada arrangements were superior. Each part of the trip was memorable and handled with the highest professionalism. Our guide, Rodrigo Meunier, was exceptional. In every aspect of the trip, he performed well beyond our expectations, whether it was pointing out

was my first trekking trip abroad and everything exceeded my
expectations. The kitchen staff, porters and guides all worked
so hard to make this a great trekking holiday. They looked after
me when I got ill, kept my spirits up and I recovered quick
enough to enjoy the rest of the trek. They resolved any problems
very quickly and always had an answer to a question.

a spectacular trip! From the rainbow over Ecocamp on the first
morning to the sun shining on the Torres on the final day,
we were blessed with beautiful views and good trekking weather.
The Cascada staff are very accomodating, providing everything
we needed with courtesy and smile.
Thanks to Sergio (TC) -you taught us much about your country,
shared in deep conversations and kept us laughing. You have
a generous heart.
Our memories of Patagonia will include not only the fabulous

husband Paul and I just returned from the 7 day trekking in
Torres del Paine National Park and I wanted to write you as

was delightful, the ecocamp was spectacular and most of all,

balanced with just the right level of physical excercise. Beautiful
surroundings, great food. Each day was unique. The guides were
very knowledgeable and gave the right level or information I
learnt something new each day. I wish I could have stayed longer
chilean people - our hosters, chefs and guides were all very
hospitable, warm and friendly I will miss them all. I cant think
of any suggestions to improve the trek, it was all perfect.

Just
want to let know that we had a spectacular time. A couple
we met who did the hike in parallel with the group asked us
what it was like to have the guided experience. Jason ans
I both agree that is surpassed expectations. The weather was
wondwerful. Cascada was perfect. They pampered us way more
than we expected and it was great. Our group was a pleasure
and the mountains awesome.
We
feel like we will be able to build on the good energy from
the trip for some time and the images of Patagonia are firmly
fixed in brain center.

The
kayaking was absolutely fantastic - especially after it stopped
raining! It was certainly the highlight of my trip, and I have
been recommending it to all my friends - on the off chance that
they get to visit Chile.
I don´t really have any negative comments at all. Ithought
that the crew and the guides were of highest standar, the food
was incredible - especially given the tiny galley space on the
boat, and the equipment was fine.
The trip as a whole ran smoothly from the start to finish, so
I can´t fault the organisation (apart from running out
of Nescafe - sorry, an in-joke from the trip). As for the trips,
the location was sheer magic. Without wanting to wish you a
bad luck in your promotional efforts, I only hope it doesn´t
get too popular, as the solitued was a big appeal. |

Just
wanted to send a short note saying thanks for all of your help.
The trip to Pucon was incredible. The hot springs and the volcano
climb were everything we hoped for. The horsebackriding and
the rafting were excellent.
We could not have asked for better weather...we got lucky.
Anyway, I am back in the cold USA and I am dreaming of Chile...
Maybe I will have another opportunity to arrange a travel package
