The next
steps to adventure are easy!
1- Contact our Chile
and Argentina Experts
that will help you from choosing the right trip and checking
availability to reserving your space. They will also help
to handle all your arrangements including local air travel,
reservation for hotels, transfers, side excursions and/or
trip extensions until you arrive home.
2- Read and agree with our TERMS
& GENERAL CONDITIONS.
3- Fill (please do not forget to sign it up) and E-mail or FAX (+56 2 2151949) the trip application form
(find this form below as a PDF document). This is mandatory
to process your request.
4- Payment: You may pay e-mailing or faxing us the credit card payment
form (find this form below as a PDF document) or through wire
transfer to our account in New York. Our trips and land services
require an initial 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance
has to be paid 30 days before departure date (for regular
departures) or 60 days before departure date (for private
departures). Our air services (air fare) require a 100% deposit.
5- Once we receive that information we will process your request
immediately and inform you of the status of your order by
email. We will send you the invoice (s) vouchers (when need it) and a pre-departure
booklet with clothing and equipment lists, medical information,
suggested reading list and general information needed to prepare
your trip.
